Cherry Creek Springs is located approximately 15 minutes North East of Colorado Springs and 45 minutes from Denver Colorado.. This is a small community with 5+ acre custom homesites that are zoned for horses. Open space abounds with horseback riding trails often set just back of your home.

The prarie grasses turn lush green in the spring and summer months making this an area so beautiful that it is almost hard to describe. The views are panoramic of Pikes Peak and the surrounding local mountains. Pikes Peak is where "America The Beautiful" was inspired and it doesn't take long living here before you realize just how beautiful it can be.

Close by you can enjoy the local mountains and find some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere in the world. You are just minutes from everything. I don't know anywhere else that you can live as though you are in the country and then within minutes be in two different major metropolitan cities to shop and dine and enjoy the finer things of life.

School District

Cherry Creek Springs is located in school district 38 which is well known for its academics and advanced placement studies. My son went to District 38 and eventually went on to Boston University. He attended the advanced placements and I felt it certainly provided him a good solid background for his studies later in life.
