The Walden Property Owners Association:
The Walden Property Owner's Association in The Preserve at Walden actively helps protect your long-term interests. Annual dues are $75.00 and are collected every January. One of the responsibilties of the Walden HOA is to manage the architectural control committee otherwise known as the ACC. Members of the ACC review all building plans.
Utilities:
Water & Sewer are provided by the Walden Corporation. All of the homesites in the Preserve at Walden that are approximately 3/4 acres in size (lots #1 to 73) has central water and sewer service provided by the Walden Corporation. All of the remaining homesites approximately 2.5 acres in size are served by individual well and septic systems.
